Why can't I charge a particular customer?

Quite often the customer's bank is blocking the transaction- we would suggest the customer to contact their bank to allow the transaction.

Can I use this without Internet?

Our software relies on the internet, although- that being said you can easily use your mobile data, or WiFi.

How do I talk to one of the StriCard team?
